3rd Annual Cocoa, Cookies, and Kindness Kits

Reach for the Stars ATX is thrilled to host and sponsor the 3rd Annual Cookies, Cocoa, and Kindness Kits event held at the Lake Travis Community Library, benefiting the clients of Caritas of Austin. While this event typically takes place in December, scheduling challenges have moved it to February this year—a perfect fit for a month dedicated to love, kindness, and gratitude.

For those unfamiliar, Caritas of Austin (pronounced CARE-it-ahs), meaning "love" or "charity" in Latin, serves individuals experiencing homelessness in the Austin area. During the event, we will assemble "kindness kits" filled with essential hygiene and comfort items for those most in need. After the kits are filled, guests are encouraged to enjoy cocoa, cookies, and the company of good friends.
